What are the benefits?

Ginger has significant antioxidant properties.

How should I brew it?

One bag per cup, or a heaped teaspoon of loose leaf in an infuser, water off the boil. Steep for 5 minutes. Press the bag or infuser against the side of the cup before you take it out. If there's still colour and aroma left, it can usually go again for a second cup.

Keep sealed between uses, somewhere cool and dry.
