A limited-edition blend of ginger and cardamom, made in small batches for the season. We add whole cardamom pods to our usual ginger for a warm, spiced character, with no additives or flavourings. Ninety-two percent ginger, eight percent cardamom — while stocks last.

Ingredients: Ginger (92%), Cardamom (8%).

What are the benefits?

Ginger has significant antioxidant properties.

How should I brew it?

One bag per cup, or a heaped teaspoon of loose leaf (ginger and cardamom) in an infuser, water off the boil. Steep for 5 minutes. Press the bag or infuser against the side of the cup before you take it out — cardamom seeds can settle at the bottom, so give it a stir first. If there's still colour and aroma left, it can usually go again for a second cup.

Keep sealed between uses, somewhere cool and dry.
